fuck being sick
show last night:
Seneca - first off i would like to say that nathan's new drums own me, and im going to jack them when he isnt looking. they played pretty good, i like all the shit theyve wrote, and the last song..i think its new? but it was awesome.
Evergreen Terrace - my first time seeing them, one of my favorite bands, and it was quite a good set. haha ry is such a poser. like 2 songs into their set he goes "what band is that?" bahaha. jk negro. anyway. good good set.
Glass Casket - it was their cd release show, and if i heard right they got signed to century media, and i only heard it from one person so shit if i know. somebody fill me in. if they did, they got a signing bonus, because it looks like they got alot of new shit. they played good and they have a really good live sound, especially in the drums.
Stretch Arm Strong - ryans gf had the nerve to say they suck. they far from suck. they arent my favorite style of music, however i can get into them. the crowd favorite by far...i cant believe there wasnt any fights. maybe it was the singers preaching that prevented that. btw he did have some very good words to say.

i was pretty sick today, so i didnt go to school. i just sit at home, drinking apple juice, and eating cheez-its. i had like a tension headache, a very sore throat(still have), and my temperature kept changing. i would be sweating one minute, then the next i was freezing.
in other news, my grandpa is in the hospital. he has dementia, and some other things wrong with him. seeing as his days are numbered, me and ry (xsymbolicbloodx) are going to go see him sometime probably, it might be my last time seeing him as ry sees him alot more than me.
hopefully i'll feel good enough to go to school tomorrow... |

Emery - didnt know for sure if they were playing or not, but i was really happy when i saw them there. they played first too. they were really good, tons of energy, i dont understand how they moved around like that and didnt knock something or someone over or trip on a guitar cord or something. they sounded great too and i cant wait until i see them again
The Bowels of Judas - definitely better than last time, i dont really like their style but they play well. also their singer is the funniest man alive. weed scented vinyl.
Haste the Day - Shit. amazing. i dont need to say anything else. everyone already knows about them. i bought a shirt. haha.

okay well this is my first "real" entry in awhile. so whats happened lately..hmm not a whole lot. i just got back from going to wal-mart, a couple gas stations, and randall's grandparents house, with randall and logan. randalls grandma hurt herself again, she lost alot of blood this time too, and the reason being is because she knocked a scab when she was err..taking her pants off.
when we left walmart and were heading home, we see randalls dad walking down the highway. we decide to stop and let him in and take him to the grandparents, he's the one who told us she started bleeding again. he kept talking about how his dick is the size of his leg. i was just sitting there. didnt have too much to say about that. yeah. but anyway, we just got home and now im pissed because i have homework. so ill write later, or something. xo |

well hmm..its 3:30 right now and i layed down to go to sleep about 3 hours ago, but then chappelle's show came on, and i fucking love that show. so then i watched that for an hour, and then south park came on, so i made a hot pocket and watched that..and then comedy central presents with this guy who was pretty funny, his name was gary valentine i think, and then some other guy who was good, and then dom herrera, who im watching right now. i didnt do shit today, only thing that i can really speak of is taking logan to austin's house to spend the night, and going to get food from some japanese/chinese restaurant, even though i hate that kind of food, i like driving thru the restaurants because the people that work there are wayyy too into their job.
lately ive been talking to ry, about gauging ears and about livejournal, and to lauren about just random bullshit, stephen about bands, i sent him a few mp3's and whatnot, and hes not too into the same kind of music as me but we meet on certain levels. we both like atreyu, btbam, etc. im more into black/death, hes more into coheed and cambria typed shit, we'll probably work out as a band for awhile at least. we also talked about how rich neighborhoods rule, especially at night. and why that adds to the excitement of going to a show at brew hahas or ziggys in winston. i get to drive by those rich fuckers, see a great show, and then drive past the rich fuckers again. i have nothing else to say regarding today, so ill write about tomorrow...umm..tomorrow. later. |

since the flood - didnt know they were playing, but they were pretty good, seemed a little repetitive at times.
the bowels of judas - didnt really like them, the vocalist was funny, got boring after awhile, and shit seemed to run together
still remains - fucking awesome, the keyboard player is so fucking..awesome.. haha when the vocalist jumped off the stage and started dancing with stephen i thought id shit a brick. i bought a shirt. i was impressed haha.
left before the last band, i think it was element of one. im not a big fan of theirs anyway. |

well today was overall boring. the only people i really talked to were..hmm..nobody..yeah..but thats usually how it is any other day. earlier today i was scared as fuck, i thought someone had broken into my house, and it was only randalls brother, and it sounded like he wanted to fight or some shit. i guess he just sounds like that. oh..what else happened...oh yeah randalls grandma was in her bathroom and bumped her leg on something, and she knocked off a scab the size of a ciggarette or something, and after that she wouldnt stop bleeding. later on someone called and said she was talking out of her head, and just saying weird shit.
the reason it says pissed off as my mood, is because shes in the hospital and if theres one thing i love its hospitals at night. kinda like driving through rich neighborhoods, and hotels. but anyway. pace boah. |

well..i had a pretty good birthday, the best parts were all the happy birthday messages i got on aim, and madison calling me. we ate at lonestar, a meal totalling 70 bucks (including tip)..and i got a cake..and a cd..and a magazine. and thats it. later on ill probably get some money from relatives who a week after my birthday go "oh shit, brandons birthday just happened" and then i get me some dough. even my dad forgot my birthday. oh well. i get to go to madisons tomorrow for new years, its gonna be fuckin hard for me to keep my hands off her but im not gonna touch her. if she wants me to, shes gonna have to make the move. shes bitched about it too much already. but i am looking forward to it however. im gonna go be bored some more. feel free to leave comments. later. |
